The ideal candidate is computer literate , eager to learn , and skilled at multitasking while handling resident inquiries with professionalism. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.

Must have a reliable vehicle and reliable smartphone

Must have experience in the apartment industry

Must be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Responsibilities :

Respond to incoming leasing leads through AppFolio by phone, text, and email

Schedule and conduct apartment showings, assist prospects with applications, and collect required documentation

Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria (ask questions, utilize guest cards, etc.)

Inspect models and available units to ensure they are “market ready,” and communicate related service needs to the Property Manager

Ensure apartments are prepared for resident move-ins on agreed dates

Provide excellent customer service while representing the community in a professional manner

Demonstrate knowledge of Fair Housing practices

Contribute positively to the onsite team, showing reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn

Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
