The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. We have expanded to eight retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business. We serve coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day, 365 days a year.

Barista With Weekend Baking Duties Opportunity

Location : Fresh Baguette - Bethesda, 4919 Bethesda Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814

Compensation : $21.00-$22.00 per hr including tips Base pay starts at $12.00 per hr with room for growth

This is not a typical barista job it's a hybrid position that combines early morning hands-on baking with a vital front-of-house customer service role .

We're looking for team members who thrive on interaction those who love starting conversations, helping customers find their favorite pastry, and keeping the front looking sharp and running smoothly. If you enjoy connecting with people just as much as crafting quality food or drinks, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Baker : Back-of-House 4 : 30AM-7 : 00AM

Barista : Front-of-House 6 : 00AM-7 : 00PM
