Job descriptionOversee the project setup, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation; manage all phases from preconstruction to closeout Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; ensure profitability and manage risk Negotiate and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change documentation Mentor site teams and foster collaboration across operations, safety, and quality Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; lead meetings and provide regular updates Champion safety protocols and oversee quality compliance for the project Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management or cost management within the construction industry Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($50M+) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities Lives locally near Lebanon, IN and able to travel to the project site daily
A leading technical engineering and construction company is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager, based near Lebanon, IN. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and completion of a major project in their portfolio. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader, where you will be given the platform and support to succeed.
- Initially this position will require the person to be based at another project location in Atlanta, GA for 3 months
