A leading technical engineering and construction company is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager, based near Lebanon, IN. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and completion of a major project in their portfolio. - Initially this position will require the person to be based at another project location in Atlanta, GA for 3 months

The Role :
Oversee the project setup, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation; manage all phases from preconstruction to closeoutPrepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; ensure profitability and manage riskNegotiate and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change documentationMentor site teams and foster collaboration across operations, safety, and qualityAct as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; lead meetings and provide regular updatesChampion safety protocols and oversee quality compliance for the projectThe Candidate :
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management or cost management within the construction industryProven track record managing large-scale projects ($50M+)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, or related fieldExcellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilitiesLives locally near Lebanon, IN and able to travel to the project site daily
