PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and / or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Purpose

This position is responsible for leading the Irrigation department team members with effective communication and direction to achieve the weekly objective towards the irrigation and fertigation of the cultivation facility. This role is responsible for guiding, and training the Irrigation department team members surrounding the daily watering schedules to maintain consistent plant health and product quality. The Lead of Irrigation role must lead and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Lead of Irrigation will report to the Supervisor of Irrigation and Manager of Production.

This will be an evening shift : Sun-Wed 3 : 00PM-1 : 45AM

Starting pay is $24.75 / hour plus shift differential

Essential Duties

Leadership Procedures & Tasks

• Supporting and leading the fertigation and irrigation of the cultivation to maintain health and continued healthy growth of plants. This role will be prepared to operate the controlled water system, support the diagnosis and troubleshoot of watering issues to resolve, and maintain and support the Fertigation, Irrigation, and Water areas of the facility.
• Supporting the Supervisor of Irrigation and Manager of Production to guide and train Irrigation department members surrounding the daily watering schedules to maintain consistent plant health and product quality.
• Assist with providing effective leadership to employees to ensure a complete understanding of and alignment to PharmaCann's vision, mission and values to maintain a positive work environment and a high level of morale. Ensure effective and appropriate communication with team members to increase team unity and operative flow.
• Bring any and all safety, security, and plant health and equipment concerns forward through the proper channels including and not limited to the Supervisor of Irrigation, Manager of Production, Safety leadership, Compliance leadership, Security leadership, and / or Senior Manager of Cultivation.
• Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and / or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
