The KeepingCount group of companies provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax advisory, and CFO services to businesses across numerous industry verticals including real estate, life sciences, e-commerce, and professional services.Location :  Remote Open to Candidates in the Philippines or IndiaRole OverviewThe AI Developer will primarily focus on building internal automation, intelligent workflow tools, and AI-enabled efficiencies to support our accounting delivery teams and operational departments. We are seeking someone who enjoys building quickly, experimenting, testing, and deploying solutions that improve real work outcomes for our team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation tools to improve internal accounting processes and operational workflows.Integrate AI solutions with accounting and software platforms including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Karbon, Asana, Bill.com, Gusto, Power BI, and Office365 applications.Translate business requirements into technical build solutions.Perform prompt engineering, testing, iteration, and refinement of models and automations establishing reliable and effective AI agents. Research new AI tools, frameworks, and APIs to expand automation capability.Examples of Projects You May Work OnAI-based transaction categorization and reconciliation helper agentsAutomation pipelines for month-end close workflowsAI-powered data prep for reporting packagesWorkflow sync between accounting platforms and task management systemsAI agents that assist accountants with repetitive or rule-based tasksCustomer service AI solutionsRequired QualificationsAI development experience (2+ years preferred)Experience working with LLM platforms, API integrations, and agent frameworksStrong scripting / programming skillExperience with automation toolsProficient to independently develop minimum viable product with iterative improvements. Preferred / Nice to HaveAccounting system experience (especially with QBO or Sage Intacct)Understanding of CAS, outsourced accounting, or BPO environmentsSoft SkillsProactive problem solver with curiosity mindsetComfortable working async across time zonesStrong technical documentation + communication disciplineComfortable in fast-paced, evolving environmentsCompensationSalary range : TBD based on experience levelWhy Join KeepingCountYou will be shaping the AI foundation layer of a fast-scaling CAS firm.High autonomy, ownership, and visibility with executive leadership.Ability to make immediate impact on efficiency, delivery speed, and quality.Collaborative global culture with room to grow into advanced AI innovation work.
