Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont.

CRU MUST START ASAP - MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO OFFER : 7 yr background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date FACIS 3 and VCIC within 30 days of start

RN for Woodbridge Rehab.

& Nursing : A minimum of every other weekend and / or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.

Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements :

Floating required

BLS through AHA required

A minimum of 2 years' experience required

Prior travel required

LTC experience required

Travelers must be willing to float to other units as needed

All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population Additional Information :

IVS to OFFER

Monday to Sunday

No block schedules for any reason

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

A few new travelers have attempted to change their scheduled hours.

It is essential for travelers to read their contracts and understand the importance of working their assigned hours

Travelers must communicate any preplanned time off upfront, as they will not honor requests for time off once the assignment begins.
