Pay : $50,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience) + Performance-Based Bonuses

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Business Development & Community Outreach Specialist to help expand Aviation ABA’s presence across Salt Lake County , with additional marketing outreach in Davis County and Utah County .

This role is ideal for someone passionate about relationship-building, networking, and community engagement within the healthcare and education space. You’ll represent Aviation ABA in the community — connecting with physicians, psychologists, neurologists, schools, daycares, case managers, and advocacy organizations to help families access our in-home and clinic-based ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including :

Diagnosing psychologists, neurologists, pediatricians, and MDs

Schools, preschools, and daycares

Case managers, Medicaid care coordinators, and patient advocate programs

Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and community events to promote ABA services

Partner with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns

Track referral activity, outreach progress, and lead conversion

Coordinate with the intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new families

Represent Aviation ABA with professionalism and compassion, always keeping families at the center of our mission

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field)

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger team

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally across assigned counties
