Specialty : Pain Medicine

Hospital Location : Woodruff, WI

Setting : Outpatient, Office visits, follow-up visits, procedures

Dates : Start as soon as credentialed - ongoing

Availability : 2 weeks on 2 week off, flexible for 4 to 5 days per week

Procedures : spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections

Hours : 7a-3p (flexible on time)

Patients per Shift : 15

Call : none

License : WI license or IMLC

EMR : Epic
