What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols specific to armed patrol duties.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Maintain visibility throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide a sense of security-related presence to employees and visitors.Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas in accordance with location protocols.Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities encountered during patrols.Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency services as required during incidents or drills.Remain alert and prepared to respond to a variety of situations that may arise in an aerospace and defense environment.What We're Looking For :

An Armed Guard Card or License is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
