A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its talent strategy by attracting and placing key talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize recruiting strategies for efficient talent sourcing and assessment
Build and maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to forecast and meet talent acquisition needs
Develop and execute innovative talent strategies to attract and retain diverse talent
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience
Proven track record in successfully attracting and hiring talent at all career stages
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Demonstrated experience with proactive recruiting techniques and passive candidate engagement
In-depth knowledge of various selection methods and recruiting across different organizational functions
