• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department, including triage, stabilization, and treatment of acute conditions\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners\n
• Monitor patient progress, record vital signs, and update medical records accurately\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care\n
• Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies, including trauma and cardiac cases\n
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations\n
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care\n\nEducation and Certification Requirements : \n
• Licensure : Active Wisconsin RN license (Compact accepted)\n
• Certifications Required : AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS\n
• Education : BSN strongly preferred, not required\n
• Experience : Minimum 3 years total nursing experience and 2+ years of ER experience required\n\nContract Details : \n
• Contract Length : 13 weeks\n
• Weekly Pay : Up to $2,700 (based on experience)\n
