As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll perform essential routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure all systems are operating at peak performance. You'll be the go-to expert for keeping our customers comfortable, providing exceptional service, and building lasting relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities and Expectations :

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.

Inspect HVAC units to identify and diagnose issues or potential problems.

Test and calibrate thermostats, controls, and other system components.

Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, belts, and filters.

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot system malfunctions.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and HVAC codes.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements :

1-2 years of residential HVAC maintenance experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong interest in the HVAC industry and a willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $24.00 - $34.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
