Job descriptionFlexible schedule with support for work-life balance Collaborative environment that encourages clinical growth and creativity A mission-driven team committed to mental health equity and integrative care Opportunities to work in innovative care models and specialized programs Casual dress environment – come as you are, and be comfortable while making a difference Therapy dog-friendly – enjoy a warm, welcoming workspace where dogs may be present in the office Employee perks – including discounts on Verizon Wireless plans, concerts, sporting events, and other entertainment A comprehensive and competitive benefits package is available after 90 days of employment Unique and diverse training opportunities to expand your clinical skill set and grow your career Clear pathways for professional growth and opportunities for advancement within the organization Potential for bonuses based on productivity and performance Deliver person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and needs Collaborate with other providers, schools, legal systems, and family members to support coordinated care Facilitate a variety of sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, using evidence-based practices Maintain timely, compliant documentation (within 24 hours) for all sessions and services Attend monthly staff meetings, supervision, and participate in quality improvement efforts (e.g., peer reviews, audits) Stay up to date with all required state, federal, and agency trainings Submit accurate billing and treatment authorizations Offer evening or weekend availability (e.g., one evening until 7 : 00 PM or one weekend day) Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient Aid with crisis intervention for patients when they are in a state of distress Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties Determine the status of patients' mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members Master’s degree in a mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) Licensure in Pennsylvania preferred (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) 2+ years’ experience in mental health / clinical settings (post-master’s preferred) Knowledge of DSM-5-TR and ICD-11 Comfortable with electronic documentation and basic tech platforms (Windows, MS Office, iOS) Valid clearances : PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Malpractice insurance and Workers’ Comp policy (required for subcontractors) Casual, friendly environment – no stuffy vibes here! About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you’ll work directly with individuals, couples, families, and groups to support emotional healing, build resilience, and empower each person to thrive in their daily life. You'll provide clinical therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs—whether in a cozy office setting or through community-based sessions.
