This position supports Global Procurement in the purchase of approximately $6 billion of Campbell's direct material and indirect annual spending. The primary responsibilities of this position are the accurate and timely management of direct material purchase price variance (PPV) and inflation for the Meals & Beverage and Snacks Divisions. Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and collaborating with buyers on monthly PPV and projections, as well as developing annual strategic and operating plans using SAP, Envision, Excel & Power BI.
This highly visible role requires providing analytical support for a wide range of strategic sourcing initiatives, monthly performance results, and monitoring and reporting directives related to the procurement of ingredient, packaging and indirect requirements. Additionally, the position is responsible for Total Procurement Value (TPV) project review and approval, vendor rebate management, and enabler analysis and actualization.
The individual will develop, organize, and implement assigned Supply Chain Finance activities designed to support business strategies and serve as a subject matter expert in support of supply chain and corporate functional teams. This position also supports the monthly closing process. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively within the supply chain matrix and across multiple geographies and divisions. The role will include direct reports, with the opportunity to grow the team. The candidate will be present to senior executives and is expected to partner with operations, finance, and plant / brand / sales management.
What you will do...
Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful format for management review. Analyze and generate cost optimization recommendations across all aspects of supply chain activity, including inventory prebuilds, contract negotiations, working capital carrying cost, yields, logistics, and more. Developing AOP and projection financial overlays requires reconciliation between WHQ and plant-level assumptions. This position must remain well-connected to activities at both WHQ and the plants. Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to communicate business knowledge effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Timelines may be tight and require significant cross-functional coordination. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple business functions. Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and demonstrates intellectual curiosity. Maintains a high level of competence and professionalism in a dynamic business environment. Ensures adherence to financial processes in accordance with Campbell's standards and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits :
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $137,800-$198,100. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
