We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand a high-performing sales team in our Phoenix office. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on scaling the team from 17 to 24 design consultants while maintaining exceptional performance in a one-call-close sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead & Inspire : Manage and coach a team of 24 design consultants, with support from an Assistant Sales Manager.
• Drive Performance : Conduct weekly sales meetings, assign leads daily based on geography and performance, and monitor KPIs (gross / net closing percentages).
• Hands-On Leadership : Participate in ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Availability : Be accessible during appointment windows (9am, 1pm, 6pm) and reachable by phone until 10pm; Saturdays until 4pm.
• Talent Acquisition : Oversee hiring decisions after onboarding and training.
• Culture Building : Foster high morale and recognize top performers regularly.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
