Referral Marketing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Referral Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize a customer-focused referral program based on the existing framework

Run experiments to increase referral-driven sales, monitor key metrics, and implement improvements

Analyze referral program performance and provide actionable insights to enhance customer participation and conversion

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in designing and managing customer referral or loyalty programs

Strong analytical skills with a track record of tracking program performance and running experiments

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and analytics

Familiarity with CRM systems and referral tracking tools is a plus

Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
