AI Data Analyst

A company is looking for an AI Data Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and optimization opportunities

Design and deliver data dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders

Support the creation and refinement of AI models and automation rules based on data insights

Required Qualifications

Experience working with AI platforms, preferably Cresta and Kore.ai

Strong skills in data analysis and visualization using tools like SQL, Excel, or Tableau

Understanding of conversational AI and chatbot analytics

Familiarity with NLP, intent analysis, or conversation logs

Experience working with APIs or exporting data from no-code / low-code platforms
