Description

Therapist needed for full-time (M-F, 8a-4p), temp to perm or permanent position in Clayton County.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing therapy for Consumers on the ACT Team
• Assess and knowledge completing 1013 when required
• Complete Initial and Comprehensive Assessments
• Assist with the Referrals.
• able to Complete Treatment Plans when needed and / or requested
• Participate in ACT Fidelity Review
• Participate in ASO Audit
• Participate in CARF Review

Position Requirements

Requires LCSW or LMSW, a Master's degree in social work and experience in the field of counseling or substance abuse.

Fully licensed or have an associate license.
