Director of Statistical Programming

A company is looking for a Director, Statistical Programming to provide leadership in statistical programming for clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of statistical programmers to support projects from dataset creation to data analysis

Lead statistical programming for regulatory filings and ensure compliance with data requirements

Deliver high-quality analysis datasets and integrated databases while collaborating with biostatisticians and managing vendor deliverables

Qualifications and Skills

Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields with at least 15 years of experience in statistical programming for clinical trials

Experience in building and leading statistical programming teams across multiple programs

Strong knowledge of data standards and experience in creating DEFINE packages for regulatory purposes

Proficient in SAS and statistical computational software, including complex data steps and analysis procedures

Experience in managing statistical vendors to ensure quality and timely deliverables
