Location : Green Bay, WI\n\nFacility Type : Level II Trauma Center\n\nSpecialties : \n\nLevel III NICU\n\nLevel III Maternity\n\nPrimary Stroke Center\n\nTotal Beds : 167\n\nNICU Beds : 18\n\nCovid Vaccine : Required\n\n🧑‍⚕️ Patient Info\n\nPatient Types : \n\nMicropreemies (no major surgeries)\n\nInfections\n\nRespiratory distress\n\nNAS (Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome)\n\nAcuity Level : Level III NICU\n\nPatient Ratio : 1 : 1–3 (Days & Nights)\n\n✅ Requirements\n\nExperience : 1–2 years in Level III NICU\n\nFirst-Time Travelers : Upon review\n\nCerts Required : \n\nBLS\n\nNRP\n\nSTABLE (preferred)\n\nSkills Needed : \n\nO2 Therapy\n\nNitric oxide\n\nCPAP\n\nChest tubes\n\nMicropreemie care\n\nIntubated / Vented neonates\n\n🧑‍💼 Unit Support\n\nCNA : 1 per 18 patients\n\nPhlebotomy : Available for lab draws\n\nCharge Nurse : Has patient assignment\n\nTele Monitoring : At bedside and nurses station (no tele tech)\n\nNeonatologist & NP : On-site 24 / 7\n\n💻 Systems & Equipment\n\nCharting : EPIC\n\nInfusion Pumps : Alaris\n\nMed Dispensing : Pyxis\n\n📅 Scheduling & Orientation\n\nOrientation : \n\nGeneral hospital orientation\n\n1 unit shift\n\nSchedule : \n\nWeekends : Every other\n\nCall : None\n\nTime Off : Up to 7 days (pre-approved)
