What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and / or access.Monitor for unusual activity or potential issues within the food and beverage environment and report findings according to site protocols.Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, observations, and any incidents that occur during the shift.Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding security-related matters and / or emergencies.Support access control procedures to help deter unauthorized entry and / or exit from the premises.Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines while performing duties at the location.What We're Looking For :
