Managed Care Payer Manager

A company is looking for a Managed Care Payer Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and interpretation of insurance provider manuals and reimbursement rates

Consult with revenue cycle stakeholders to ensure accurate reimbursement interpretation

Generate reports and analyze data to maintain accuracy in rate calculations

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent

4 years of experience in managed care, hospital revenue cycle, or healthcare insurance

Knowledge of governmental payer functions and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Patient accounting and coding knowledge (CPT / HCPC)
