Position : RN – Med / Surg Tele Float\nShift : Nights, 3x12-Hour (18 : 45–07 : 15)\nFacility Type : Short-Term Acute Care\nStart Date : 3–4 weeks out (per compliance tier)\nContract Length : 13 weeks\nGuaranteed Hours : 36 per week\n\nRequirements : \n\nExperience : Minimum 2 years\n\nLicensure : Active RN license (pending accepted)\n\nCertifications : AHA BLS & ACLS required; NIH preferred\n\nSkills : IV start, telemetry monitoring required\n\nSchedule Details : \n\nWeekend Requirement : Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Sat / Sun)\n\nHoliday Rotation : Required\n\nOn-Call : None\n\nBlock Scheduling : Not available\n\nLocals : Not accepted (75-mile radius rule)\n\nFloat Information : \n\nFloats To : Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Renal, and Neuro / Telemetry units\n\nFloat Process : \n\nPre-assigned units will be communicated in advance.\n\nFloat pool nurses call a recorded line 1 hour prior to shift for unit assignment.\n\nAdditional Details : \n\nCharting System : Epic\n\nScrubs : Navy Blue\n\nParking : Free\n\nEquipment : Lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner (training provided)
