Job description

Title :

  • Certified Hand Therapist OT – Miami, FL Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Shifts : Days, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends (5x8 schedule) Compensation : $32.62 – $48.93 / hr depending on experience.
  • Shift differential $3 / hr.

Sign-On Bonus :

  • Case by case Relocation : Case by case Overview We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist OT in Miami, FL.
  • This role provides specialized evaluation and treatment for patients with upper extremity injuries or conditions.
  • You will join a hospital team with comprehensive services including trauma, surgical care, women’s health, pediatrics, and rehabilitation.
  • Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy for patients of all ages.
  • Deliver specialized hand therapy programs for post-surgical and rehabilitative care.
  • Supervise and coordinate responsibilities with supportive staff.
  • Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Florida OT license required. 1–2 years of hand therapy experience.
  • BLS certification required.
