We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to lead our tax strategy and compliance functions. This is a high-impact role for a tax professional with deep expertise in individual, corporate, M&A, and trust and estate matters. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all tax-related matters, including income, corporate, trust, and partnership taxes.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership on tax and financial matters, including trust and estate considerations, investment structures, and philanthropic planning.
• Lead tax planning and strategy development to optimize financial outcomes and support business objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, including coordination with third-party tax preparers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws to ensure full compliance and capture potential benefits.
• Assist in managing tax audits and resolving disputes as necessary.
• Support and manage relationships with service providers, ensuring that tax strategies align with the broader organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all tax matters while delivering high-quality results.
