The RN must possess the following :

• Passion to care for the children with healthcare / special needs & assist their families to care for them.
• Strong desire to be on a mentorship program or be a mentor to novice team members.
• Plan to grow professionally or specialize in pediatric healthcare nursing.
• Compassionate, collaborative, engaged and knows patient experience / customer service.

Competitive compensation ranging from $50 to 56 per hour.
