The Role
The Senior Manager, Business Planning plays a key role in driving forecast accuracy, business management, and cross-functional alignment for assigned markets within the Embedded Business Unit. This position owns the planning and forecasting process for assigned marketssynthesizing inputs from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and manage execution toward BU goals. This is an individual contributor role.

Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience in business planning, forecasting, or financial analysis, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry. Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales operations, and demand / supply planning processes. Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with proven ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional processes and influence at multiple organizational levels. Proficiency in Excel and planning / analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, SFDC, or equivalent). Excellent communication skills, including experience preparing and presenting executive-level summaries.
