The AI Learning Program Lead is central to crafting, developing, and delivering impactful learning experiences aligned with our AI strategic goals. Operating autonomously, this role collaborates across various teams to ensure our learning solutions meet business objectives effectively.
In this position, you will analyze, organize, and develop engaging content, while creating storyboards, scripts, manuals, and mobile learning materials. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you’ll define effective learning objectives and design performance assessments to evaluate training outcomes. Regular updates to course materials will ensure relevance to current training needs. You will track the effectiveness of programs through learner satisfaction, proficiency tests, and observable job performance enhancements, while also providing support and guidance to facilitators. Utilizing social media and collaborative learning tools is essential to facilitate engaging learning experiences. Your role will include planning, organizing, and developing training curricula and performance aids tailored to specific needs. Through consultative skills, you’ll engage clients in needs analysis to ascertain the necessity and relevance of learning solutions, advising executives on significant matters to craft effective strategies. You will exercise independent judgment on complex issues within your duties, operating with minimal supervision and analyzing variable factors to determine optimal courses of action.

Program Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as the main contact for AI Learning Program stakeholders, including executives, HR, and external partners.
Collaborate with the Associate Director to represent the program in executive settings, defining updates on roadmaps, measurement criteria, and scaling strategies.
Work with communication teams to deliver project-related updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive program timelines, including milestones and KPIs, to report progress regularly.
Lead and cultivate a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
Operations & Vendor Management :
Promptly respond to inquiries through the AI learning mailbox with a professional demeanor.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring the program's success through adequate support.
Budget & Reporting :
Oversee the entire lifecycle of the AI Learning program budget, from creation to tracking and management.
Lead all reporting initiatives, including project plans and updates for executives and committees.
Event Management :
Supervise the planning and execution of AI Learning events, ensuring experiences are of the highest quality and reflective of our program values.
Coordinate with supporting teams, maintaining full accountability for successful outcomes.
Documentation and Governance :
Uphold rigorous documentation practices to promote transparency and informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain governance materials, including guidance for committees and comprehensive program documentation.
Ensure collaboration with supporting personnel while retaining accountability for successful program delivery.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience managing corporate learning programs.
2+ years of experience leading training in corporate AI or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects visible to executives.
Experience in budget management, including forecasting and expenditure tracking.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing executive stakeholders.
Experience facilitating communications across diverse stakeholder groups.
Comfortable representing the program in visible, high-level forums.
Proficient in planning and executing significant events with a keen focus on detail.
Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent documentation skills, maintaining clear and accessible program records.
Ability to produce and manage reports for various audiences.
Proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Program or project management certifications (PgMP, CAPM, PMP).
Learning development certifications (APTD, CPTD, or similar).
Experience in IT, healthcare, or insurance sectors.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, JIRA Align, MS Project) is a plus.
Additional Information :
Qualified candidates must reside within commutable distance for a hybrid work arrangement (approximately 3 days in-office).

Some travel may be required, anticipated not to exceed 20%.
This role will utilize an interviewing technology called HireVue to streamline the hiring process.
To ensure effective remote work, candidates' internet service must meet minimum criteria : download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connections are recommended.
Humana will furnish equipment for remote communication and requires a dedicated workspace to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
Pay Range : $94,900 - $130,500 per year
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
