The pay range for this position is $75,926.32-$108,669.55 paid annually, offers will be based on the successful candidate's experience.
Job Type : Full-time / Hybrid
Must be willing to travel up to 25%. You must be willing to travel to all branches for video productions. Approximately 2-3 visits per year per branch throughout CA and WA.
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Multimedia Specialist to design, develop, and produce a variety of engaging digital content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visual and audio assets that support our brand, products, and messaging across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, animations, graphics, photography, podcasts, and interactive media.Edit raw video and audio footage, add music, voiceover, graphics, and effects to create polished final products.Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to develop compelling visuals for websites, social media, email campaigns, and presentations.Manage multimedia assets, ensuring proper organization, version control, and archiving.Operate and maintain production equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software.Stay current with multimedia trends and technologies, recommending innovative approaches to content development.Support live events and webinars with multimedia production, including streaming, recording, podcasts and post-production editing.Qualifications & Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Film or Cinematography or Graphic Design or Media Arts5+ years of professional experience in multimedia production, digital content creation, or related roles.In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 7 years of professional experience in multimedia production, digital content creation, or related roles.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or other editing software.Experience with video production tools (cameras, lighting, audio recording).Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and interactive design is a plus.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems is an advantage.Applicants must provide a portfolio of work samples demonstrating proficiency in multimedia design and production.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
