Overview :
The Clinical Manager plays a vital leadership role at AVES , serving as a positive role model for staff while overseeing all aspects of daily clinical operations. Working closely with the Medical Director and Hospital Director, this position ensures that departmental standards are consistently met and organizational goals are achieved.
Core responsibilities include creating and managing staff schedules, coaching and developing team members, and delegating responsibilities to support smooth, efficient operations. The Clinical Manager also contributes directly to patient care, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality treatment and that thorough medical records are maintained throughout hospitalization.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with doctors, technical staff, client service representatives, the education department, and fellow leaders. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and highly organizedcapable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and client service excellence.

We are a robust 24 / 7 / 365 veterinary facility that offers Emergency, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Interventional Radiology and Cardiology services. In approximately 6 months, we will be relocating our hospital to a new location (within 2.6 miles from our current location) which will allow us to expand our services and provide growth opportunities for our staff.
