Network Engineer

We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Network Engineer

Mode of Interview : Both Web Cam and In Person Interview

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Work Location : Mechanicsville, VA

Shift : EST

Required Qualifications :

• 8 years of considerable knowledge and hands-on working experience with enterprise routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless access points, and load balancers (including the ability to setup, configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot)
• 8 years of experience and demonstrated and hands-on ability to design, install and troubleshoot local-area and wide-area enterprise networks.
• 8 years of considerable direct hands-on experience engineering and design experience in networking industry required.
• Industry standard networking certification (example : Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA- Junos, etc.)
• 8 years of in-depth experience designing installing and troubleshooting local-area and wide-area enterprise networks.
• 8 years of experience monitoring IT environments for compliance with information security, architecture policies, and standards.
• 8 years of experience creating repeatable, reliable, scalable network architectures with fault tolerance.
• 8 years of experience performance tuning, monitoring systems, statistics / metrics collection, and disaster recovery.
• 8 years of experience creating network diagrams using industry standard tools such as Visio, etc.
• 8 years of experience with networking features and protocols such as : ARP, CDP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, EtherChannel, 802.1Q trunking, HSRP, QoS, multicast, IPsec, RADIUS / TACACS+, SNMP, BRI / PRI, MPLS
