Senior Billing Specialist

Well-established law firm based in Matawan, NJ. This role is 2 days per week in office with 3 from home, and offers an individual with Elite or 3E software experience a chance to work on a collaborative team at a top legal firm.

Job Description

This role will involve :

Extensive experience in Time Billing
Handle eBilling submissions through various platforms
Prepare and submit accurate client invoices in accordance with firm and client billing policies.
Review time entries for compliance and completeness; make necessary edits or adjustments.
Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have :

Elite system experience required

5-10 years experience within eBilling

eBilling required - as we use many portals, so they want someone comfortable using a wide variety of eBilling portals.

Strong BI tool usage (Tableau or Microsoft Power BI) is an advantage. Advanced Excel skill is a must have.

Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

A resourceful problem solver when resources are scarce, and information is incomplete.

Strong understanding of process and operations in a fast-paced business environment.
