As a Community Support Specialist, you will help individuals adapt to living in their communities by creating personalized treatment plans, connecting them with resources, and fostering resilience and independence. You will use evidence-based practices and collaborate with other professionals to empower clients and their families to build strong foundations for long-term wellbeing.
