Customer Service Telephone Payment Processor - $20 / hour - On-Site job located in Stevens Point, WI - Temporary

Join a select team as a Telephone Payment Processor with our Stevens Point client. This is an on-site position.

With a professional demeanor, will be handling inbound customer calls and processing insurance premium payments through a proprietary system.

Will work Monday-Friday on a set schedule of 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm with training from 8 : 00pm-4 : 30pm for the 1st two weeks. This temporary position is expected to last through the end of March 2026 and pays $20 / hour.

• Strong customer service experience (call center preferred)
• Comfortable working with customers over the phone
• Proven exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated computer skill & ability to learn and adapt to new software
• Proven reliability and professionalism
