Senior Business Transformation Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst, AI Interaction Design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to align model behavior with business goals

Develop multi-turn conversational flows and user feedback loops for AI interactions

Analyze and map complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation

Required Qualifications

Experience with prompt engineering and conversational UX

Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT

Understanding of natural language processing and human-centered design principles

Proven experience in business process reengineering and transformation

Experience with low-code / no-code platforms and workflow automation tools
