Registered Nurse, Case Manager- Hospice

Assisted is looking for a per diem Hospice RN for our Los Angeles branch.

Regular visits :

Admission- $130 per visit + $11 for mileage

Routine- $70 per visit + $11 for mileage

On-call rates :

Weekday standby rate- $50 per day ($100 if open to covering Mission Hills and Los Angeles branches)

Weekend standby rate- $100 per day ($200 if open to covering Mission Hills and Los Angeles branches)

Admission- $195 per visit + $11 for mileage

Routine- $105 per visit + $11 for mileage
