UX Content Designer

A company is looking for a UX Content Designer for a 12-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide content design support to enhance digital tools for agent efficiency and satisfaction

Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to deliver content solutions aligned with user needs and business goals

Evaluate UX effectiveness and optimize content based on user feedback and analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in content design

Experience in delivering content for external-facing digital applications within design teams

Familiarity with agile software engineering teams and scrum methodology
