PRN Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Join us as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, where you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will provide essential care for individuals battling renal failure under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN).

Your Responsibilities :

• Direct Patient Care : Engage with patients to ensure they receive safe and comfortable dialysis treatment. This includes monitoring patient stats, initiating and terminating treatments, and collecting blood samples as directed by physicians.
• Technical Duties : Maintain our dialysis machines in pristine condition by preparing, cleaning, disinfecting, and performing safety checks to adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Safety and Compliance : Implement best practices using personal protective equipment and follow all company policies and regulations under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. Stay involved through participation in staff meetings and ongoing education.
