Composite Tech

Bring your experience and ideas and help us bring the highest quality products and service to our customers. This role will be an integral part of our Broussard, Louisiana facility. You'll be able to hone your technical abilities through the manufacture, overhaul, and repair of composite panels and other products / services in accordance with applicable approved data.

What you'll be doing as a Composite Tech

• Manufacture, repair, and overhaul composite panels and other products / services in accordance with applicable approved data under supervision of a qualified technician.
• Maintain production labor hours for services performed within average time allowed.
• Promote safety in daily tasks, including the safety of peers.
• Prioritize work assignments to meet customer demand.
• Participate in new product development to include destructive test panels and first article products.
• Maintain the general care and maintenance of shop equipment and product tooling.
