Job Overview :

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Skypoint, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing core components of our AI-powered healthcare platform. Your contributions will span our SaaS infrastructure, data lakehouse, and GenAI-driven agentic systems, delivering intelligent and secure solutions that enhance productivity for healthcare organizations. This role requires proficiency in both backend (.NET / Azure) and frontend (React or Fluent UI) development to build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly healthcare applications.

Location : Beaverton, Oregon (Lifetime Work Offices) – 5 days / week (No hybrid or remote)

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop robust backend and frontend services using .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript (React or Fluent UI), and Azure.
• Allocate 80% of your time to hands-on development and code contributions within agile sprints.
• Create full-stack solutions, including responsive UIs with React or Fluent UI.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance modules for data unification, healthcare ontologies, and AI agent frameworks.
• Collaborate on the development of GenAI copilots and agentic automation tailored to healthcare workflows.
• Lead system design reviews, implement best practices, and ensure quality through automated testing and DevOps.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify technical risks and ensure solutions comply with data security and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST r2, SOC 2 Type 2).
