Job Title : PRN / On Call Caregiver

Location : The Springs at Tanasbourne, 1950 NE 102nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97006

Reports To : Health Services Supervisor

Pay Range : Up to $20.00 per hour | DOP

Schedule Details

Shift Options :

Day : 06 : 00 am - 02 : 15 pm

Swing : 2 : 00 p.m. – 10 : 15 p.m.

NOC : 10 : 00 p.m. - 06 : 15 a.m.

PRN / On-Call Requirements :

Pick up at least two full shifts per month to maintain PRN status

Choose from available shifts that fit your schedule

What You’ll Do

Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide care that feels personal

Assist with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Help with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques

Support emotional well-being and behavior management

Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming

Offer companionship and engage in activities with residents

Record care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor
