Pay : $20-26+ / hour, DOE

Essential job duties for this role will include :
Set Up and Operate CNC lathes, mills - MUST Have Mazak and Mazatrol programming experiencePerform various functions such as turning / facing / drilling / milling / reaming / boring / tooth cutting / threading of parts such as castings / forgings / bar stock / other machined partsRead / interpret blue prints / drawings / planning sheets / control settings / machine methods / sequencesMounts / aligns and secures tooling / attachments and work piece on machineSelects and installs required tooling in designated machine positionsAssembles / presets tooling for next sequence or job during automated cycle in order to minimize machine changeover or downtimeEnters commands to retrieve preprogrammed instructions from database or when necessary modifies existing programs or creates new programs necessary to efficiently produce parts meeting specification / quality requirementsCalculates / sets machine controls to position tooling in relationship to work piece and to regulate factors such as cutting depth / speed / feed / coolant flowStart machine / monitors display and machine operation to defect malfunctionsOperates machine on preliminary dry run before machining first part to detect errors in program / tooling placementManufactures first part / secures first piece approval before commencing production runVerifies conformance of finished parts to spec / maintains records required by control planDebarks all workStops machine to change tools and set up according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to blueprint specsEnters commands or manually adjusts machine controls to correct malfunctions / out of tolerance machiningOperates machine manually to perform non-automated functions / when programming is faulty or machine malfunctionsCleans Machine / tooling parts / work area at completion of job / end of the dayPerforms machine maintenance according to designated scheduleOther duties as assignedWe're looking for a CNC Set Up Operator / Mazak with the following background profile / skillset :
