Electrical Foreman

Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join one of our biggest partners in the MEP world in Henrico, Virginia.

Required Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of current NEC Code and OSHA safety regulations
• Possess industry experience in the same field or 10-years’ experience working as an Electrician
• Ability to read trade specific blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
• Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and remain calm when handling emergencies
• Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers
• Ability to work within precise standards of accuracy, make decisions based on measurable criteria and comprehend technical data
• Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand. Unscheduled overtime may be required, as necessary

Job Description

Compensation : $30 / hr - $40 / hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
