The OpenTelemetry team is dedicated to enhancing observability standards through collaboration within the open-source community. As part of our team, you'll help build and refine open-source SDKs and tools across diverse programming languages, facilitate seamless data integration for our customers, and contribute to the open-source community while directly engaging with clients to enhance our offerings.

Your Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain open-source libraries and integrations using OpenTelemetry, ensuring the success of the observability ecosystem.
• Enhance developer experience by creating tools and documentation that simplify and delight users.
• Collaborate effectively with community members, product, engineering, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional product experience.
• Independently scope and deliver projects, breaking down complex challenges into manageable tasks while engaging teammates when necessary.
• Promote the adoption of OpenTelemetry by identifying opportunities for teams to benefit from its integration, raising awareness through engagement and documentation.

What You Bring :

Compensation :

Base Salary : $160,000 - $180,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
