An independent shop in Durango, CO is on the hunt for a seasoned A-Level Technician ready to step into a foreman / lead diagnostic role . This isn't your average wrench-turning gig—we're talking about a leadership spot for someone who can solve problems, guide a team, and still get their hands dirty on some tough diagnostic work.

The Right Fit :

You've got at least 7 years of experience , and you've mastered the art of diagnosing the stuff others send to the dealer.

ASE certifications are a big plus—but if you're not there yet and want to get there, we'll help.

You're a natural mentor. You like being the go-to person in the shop, not the know-it-all in the corner.

You're cool with helping on a variety of work and don't mind a little chaos in a tight but productive shop.
