Now Hiring : MIG Welders – 1st & 2nd Shifts

Location : Leola, PA

Join a fast-paced metal fabrication team producing top-quality products! We’re seeking skilled MIG Welders who can deliver precision, work well in a team, and are ready to grow their careers in a supportive, safety-first environment.

What You’ll Do

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements

Layout, fit, and MIG weld parts to meet job specifications

Build fittings and fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail

Inspect welds for quality and conformity

Maintain welding equipment and work area for safety and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of MIG welding experience (manufacturing or metals preferred)

Proficient in reading a tape measure, blueprints and basic math

Skilled with welding machinery, tools, and fabrication techniques

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset

AWS D1.1 certification a plus (or ability to pass)

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay : $23-$25 / hr DOE

Shifts :

1st : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM (Mon–Fri)

2nd : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM (Mon–Fri)
