Why we need you

Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Future Forward Instructional Coordinator. The Instructional Coordinator manages the daily implementation of the Future Forward tutoring program, oversees tutors, and ensures program effectiveness . This is a full-time, in-person, fixed-term p osition in Fresno for the 2025-2026 school year , with a pay rate of $40 / hour. We plan for this position to start in late summer or early fall.

Here are your responsibilities :

• Supervise tutors delivering early literacy lessons
• Coordinate student, school, and tutor schedules
• Model reading instruction, observe lessons, and review lesson plans
• Conduct regular meetings with tutors and other staff to ensure alignment and clarity
• Act as a substitute tutor when necessary
• Maintain all documentation of program implementation, generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, the Family Engagement Coordinator, and tutors to ensure caregivers receive information on their children's progress, evaluate program progress, and share family feedback and concerns
• Attend required professional development trainings, continuing education, workshops, programs, and special events
• Create and maintain a print-rich literacy environment conducive to early reading instruction

Location

This role will be performed on-site in Fresno, CA at multiple school locations.
