The Role:


As an Outside Plumbing Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing plumbing system improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, in and under cabinets, attic spaces and crawlspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales.
• Conduct multiple in-home plumbing inspections daily.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process.
• Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
• Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
• Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.

Qualifications:


Required:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & background check.
• Comfortable getting into crawlspaces, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams.
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Preferred:

• In-home sales or home improvement sales experience (plumbing experience is strongly preferred but not required. Ideal candidate will have a PL01 or PL02, but again is not required if you are the right person this is a perform no work position)

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Flexible weekly schedule with evening and weekend appointments as needed.
• Regularly engaged in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations.
• No on-call

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission only structure with earning potential of $100,000$175,000+ per year. Your work ethic, consistency, and skill determine your incomethere is no ceiling.
• Pre-set and pre-qualified leads provided by our call center & marketing team.
