This person will be responsible for educational leadership, student instruction, and student advising in nursing. Will require day, evening, and weekend hours to meet the needs of the nursing program.

Responsibilities-Teach nursing coursework (Combination of clinical, lab, and lecture) each semester according to contractual guidelines -Instruct, supervise, and evaluate students’ performance in the nursing program. (Essential)-Advise, schedule, and maintain accurate records on students. (Essential)-Maintain office hours according to contractual guidelines. (Essential)-Assist with curriculum review, revision, and development. (Essential)-Develop, maintain, and update the necessary documentation for the college and program accreditation standards (Middle States reports, end of course reports, curricular maps, course syllabi, etc.). (Essential)-Assume responsibility for laboratory experiences, development, coordination, and maintenance. (Essential)-Participate in professional development and technological upgrading activities. (Essential)-Contribute to the betterment of the college through program and school committee participation. (Essential)-Contribute to the betterment of the college through college-wide committee participation. (Essential)-Attend departmental / program and school meetings (Essential)-Attend accreditation / standard meetings as scheduled and fulfill the role requirements specific to the standard. (Essential)-Assist with the preparation of grant proposals and with follow-up activities. (Essential)-Safely and effectively supervise and instruct students in the clinical and lab areas. (Essential)-Keep up to date and comply with policies and procedures of clinical site / affiliations where students’ practice. (Essential)-Contribute and assist with departmental assessment, program review, and the accreditation process. (Essential)-Assist with providing student tours and recruitment activities scheduled by the college, school, and / or department. Pay TransparencyCommensurate with credentials submitted as applied to the College’s Faculty Salary System. As a point of reference, the salary range for new full-time faculty hired in various disciplines throughout the College for the 2025 / 26 academic year is $61,969 – $79,813 College Statement
