This position is anticipated to focus primarily on Guest Services. It will mainly work to support day-to-day operations of on-grounds paid experience locations such as greeting and directing visitors, assisting guests with questions or complaints, promoting and selling zoo products and experiences, such as the carousel, public animal encounters, travelling exhibits, and other locations. This opening is anticipated to work of 10-29 hours per week. It has two regular days off, Tuesday & Wednesday. It may also have two additional days off depending on operational need.

Summary

This position promotes and fulfills the zoos mission by performing the functions of daily operations for on grounds paid experiences such as the carousel, public animal encounters, and travelling exhibits.
